Mentally and emotionally back in balance
Mentally and emotionally back in balance
Do you experience mental and emotional complaints and do you long for quality of life in which you experience more balance mentally and emotionally on a daily basis? I am happy to help you with this.
Some examples of complaints that I treat daily in my practice:
- Longing for more inner peace and balance
- Making certain emotions such as fear, anger or sadness manageable.
- Processing trauma and better dealing with stress complaints.
- Not being able to focus or keep brooding, being listless and tired or not being able to relax.
- Bad or almost no sleep, an eating or drinking addiction.
- Or mental emotional complaints that arise around the menopause.
- Sometimes mental emotional complaints are very old and even go back into the family line.
- Long-term emotional mental complaints can also cause physical complaints.
I work on the basis of a personal treatment strategy and you will receive a prognosis so that you know what to expect. If I think I am not able to help you, I will say so.
Acupuncture and mental emotional balance
The original acupuncture paid much more attention to the emotional and spiritual backgrounds of health and illness. The scientific ambition of modern Chinese medicine has led to the “purification” of these aspects from current acupuncture.
However, experience shows that acupuncture is a precise and effective means of ventilating stagnant emotions and thus restoring the free circulation of Qi, of joy of life and health.

Self inquiry with Compassionate Inquiry
Although acupuncture and massage therapy are beautiful and powerful tools to restore mental and emotional balance, it is sometimes nice to discuss and explore themes that arise during a treatment in a safe and loving way. In order to facilitate this, I have completed the Compassionate Inquiry annual training by Gabor Maté and Sat Dharam Kaur ND.
