Then I might be able to help you. In recent years I have gained a lot of experience with: (chronic) pain complaints in the back, neck and shoulder, pain in the joints etc. as well as body pains without a clear origin; Headache, migraine, pressure on the eyes, dry eyes, burning tongue, Bell's palsy, pain in the senses, jaw clenching, voice problems: Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Crohn's: Bladder complaints: Constipation, diarrhea: Menstrual complaints: functional recovery after surgery: Restless Leg Syndrome: Hay fever, cough and other lung complaints (including post-Covid complaints). With complaints around breathing such as shortness of breath or hyperventilation and heart complaints such as palpitations or pressure on the chest, there is often a mental emotional aspect involved as well.
Do you experience mental and emotional complaints and do you long for quality of life in which you experience more balance mentally and emotionally on a daily basis? I am happy to help you with this. Some examples of complaints that I treat daily in my practice: longing for more inner peace and balance or making certain emotions such as fear, anger or sadness manageable. Processing trauma and better dealing with stress complaints. Not being able to focus or keep brooding, being listless and tired or not being able to relax. Being unable to sleep well or hardly at all, an eating or drinking addiction. Or mental emotional complaints that arise around the menopause. Sometimes mental emotional complaints are very old and even go back into the family line. Long-term emotional mental complaints can also cause physical complaints.
Do you have questions around your life's purpose? What suits me? Who suits me? Who am I? Sometimes you have to reinvent yourself: for example after you have experienced a major change. Or you notice that the your old jacket or coat no longer fits, but that the new one is not ready yet. This 'in between stage' can trigger a sense of crisis. Or perhaps you have the feeling that you are not living your life to the fullest, but you can't figure out why it's like that. These are examples of questions that might benefit from the inherent wisdom teachings of Chinese medicine or from a treatment that balances your primary energies and reconnects you with your Dao, your Path, so that you can set out again with renewed clarity and vitality.
Chinese medicine is based on the insights of the natural philosophers of ancient China and as such is a healing method that fits in this time of renewed awareness about our connection with the earth and the nature around us. Chinese medicine is sustainable because, apart from metal needles and some related attributes, it uses natural ingredients. And it is inclusive: the body, our emotional and mental life and consciousness are seen as one whole, no distinction is made, everything belongs and is relevant. And Chinese medicine has not been doing that for the past 10 years, but for more than 3,500 years! How great is that?

Acupuncture and bodywork can contribute to the resolution or reduction of psycho-emotional complaints.
